About Caitlin: 

Caitlin’s passion for jewelry and the arts started at a young age which led her to a major in Studio Arts from the University of Denver. Her introduction into jewelry design and production started while studying abroad at Studio Arts Center International in Florence, Italy where she took her first metalsmithing class. It was love after the very first class. From there her newfound passion took her to Boulder, Jackson Hole and back home to Aspen, CO to work for established jewelry designers. She has continued her artistic learning by taking classes at Revere Academy of Jewelry Arts, Colorado Mountain College and Sharon Z Jewelry School.

After working in the jewelry world for many years Caitlin decided to start her own company, Caitlin Dunn Jewelry, established in 2012. Her collection is influenced by travel, simplicity and her beautiful surroundings of Aspen, CO. Caitlin Dunn Jewelry embodies nature’s organic yet symmetrical characteristics. Caitlin strives for simple design and subtle elegance in each piece of jewelry. Every piece is hand made by the artist making each unique. The collection is made with Sterling Silver, 14kt Gold-filled, 14k & 18k Yellow Gold, or Bronze and is then accented with precious and semi-precious stones. Environmentally friendly practices, recycled metals, conflict free diamonds and natural stones are used whenever possible. All pieces are made in her studio at the Red Brick Center for the Arts in Aspen, CO.
